Adrian is sleeping in his own bedroom from the first day of 9 months, he is sleeping in his room without any complaint.

From 18 months he is not sleeping 2 times a day anymore, he used to sleep 10-11 and 2/3-4 but since then he is sleeping once a day at 11/12 for 2 hours.

Parshan sleep

Parshan at 7 y practiced to go to sleep at 9 every night till this damn corona came to the world and changed everything, since he is not going to school from March 14, 2020 when he was in grade 2 and now he is in grade 3 and has online classes he used to go to sleep at 11/11:30 but nowadays he is trying to go to sleep at 10/10:30 he has a clock named Mella he likes it very much and trying to go to sleep with him.
